இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் அரசாங்கங்களும் நகர இட நெருக்கடியை குறைக்க மக்கள் அவரவர் கிராமங்களில் மீண்டும் குடியமற கிராமங்களிலும் வருமான வாய்ப்புகளை அதிகரிக்கும் திட்டங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

இதன் பொருட்டே சமுதாய பொறுப்புணர்ச்சியுடன் நமது ட்ரீபூராசன் நிறுவனம் கிராம தொழில் முனைவர், விவசாய தொழில் முனைவர் ஆகிய நிகழ்ச்சிகள் மற்றும் பயிற்சிகளை நடத்துகிறோம். 

பொறுப்புள்ள குடிமக்கள் இயக்கம் என்ற தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனத்தின் செயல் களத்தின் மூலம் கிராமங்களை தேர்வு செய்து இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்துகிறோம். 

கிராமங்கள் நம் முன்னோர் காலத்தில் இருந்தது போல் இப்பொழுது தன்னிறைவாக இல்லை. இன்றும் பல கிராமங்கள் தனது அன்றாட தேவையான காய்கறிகளை கூட உற்பத்தி செய்யாமல் வெளியிலிருந்து வாங்கும் சூழ்நிலையே இருக்கிறது. பல் வேறு பொருட்கள் நகரங்களிலிருந்து கூட கிராமங்களுக்கு வருகின்றன.

இதன் பொருட்டு ட்ரிபூராசன் பல கிராமத்தினருடன் பேசி அந்தந்த கிராமங்களின் தேவைகேற்ப இளைஞர்களை தொழில் தொடங்க ஊக்குவித்து அவர்களின் வருமானத்தை பெருக்க ஆலோசனை வழங்குகிறது.

இது போன்ற நிகழ்வுகளில் திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டத்தின் தெற்கு கோடியில் இருக்கும் மேல்பாச்சார் கிராமத்தில் திரு. பெருமாள் என்ற சுறுசுறுப்பான இளைஞரை சந்திக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. இயந்திர பொறியியல் துறையில் டிப்ளமோ பெற்று மூன்று வருடங்களாக சென்னையில் ஒரு ஆட்டோமொபைல் நிறுவனத்தில் வேலை பார்த்து வந்தவர் பெருந்தொற்று ஊரடங்கினால் கிராமத்தில் வந்து பெற்றோர்களை பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டிய சூழலில் இருந்தார். 

திரு. பெருமாளின் பலம் மற்றும் அவரின் சவால்களை உணர்ந்து திரு. கிருஷ்ணகுமார் அவரை எல்.இ.டி பல்புகள் தயாரிப்பில் ஈடுபட யோசனை வழங்கினார். ட்ரிபூராசன் அவருக்கு இது குறித்து இணைய தளத்தின் மூலமே (ஊரடங்கினால் ) பயிற்சிக்கு வழிக் காட்டியது.

இந்த தொழில் பற்றி பலரிடமும் விசாரித்து அறிந்து தன்னம்பிக்கை வந்தபின் திரு. பெருமாள் எல்.இ.டி பல்புகள், டூயுபுகள் தயாரிக்க ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டார்.  அவர் வரும் காலங்களில் தன் உழைப்பினாலும் விடா முயற்சியாலும் தன் தொழிலில் முன்னேறுவார் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம். அவர வளர்ச்சியினால் அவரால் கிராமத்தில் சிலருக்கும் வேலை வாய்ப்பு உருவாக்கி தர முடியும்.

 இந்த முயற்சியினால் பெருமாள் தனக்கும் தன் குடும்பத்திற்காகமல்லாது பெரு நகரங்களின் சுமையையும் குறைக்க போகிறார்.

எடுத்துக்காட்டாக இந்த 2021ல்  கிராமங்களில் விளையும் குச்சி / ஆள்வெள்ளி கிழங்கு விவசாயிகளால் தரகர்களிடம் வெறும் ₹7/ கிலோவிற்கு விற்கப்படுகிறது. ஆனால் அதே கிழங்கு வறுவலாக ( சிப்ஸ்) ஆக விற்கப்படும் போது ₹ 35/ 200 கிராமிற்கு அதாவது ₹175/ ஒரு கிலோவிற்கு விற்பனையாகிறது. இதனை போன்று அனைத்து விவசாய பொருட்களை விவசாயிகளே மதிப்புக் கூட்டி விற்பனை செய்தால் விவசாயிகளின் வருமானம் பல மடங்கு உயரும்.

If a person is able to earn Rs. 5000/- in his / her village, it is as good as earning Rs.20,000/- in crowded cities like Chennai, Bengaluru or Mumbai.

Though there is a debate whether this Corona virus is man made or natural, one good thing happened is people started realizing the healthy life at the less polluted villages.

Foremost concern in living in city is health as they are very crowded and most diseases easily spread due to lifestyle, pollution, poor quality of food. 

It is prudent for every government to introduce cities' decongestion and move the population back to villages. Offering Livelihood opportunities at villages should be the priority. 

In this background, Treepurasun, offers , VillagePreneur ( Village Entrepreneur) & Farmepreneur ( Farmer Entrepreneur) programmes.

From the field of operations of the NGO, M/s. Responsible Citizens iYakkam, we identify the villages to conduct the programmes. 

Villages like cities are also not fully self reliant, many villages in today's scenario are getting even most consumed vegetables too from other places. 

Treepurasun have interacted with no of villagers in this aspect & have been guiding youths in taking up entrepreneurship to bring in earning potential from their villages.

Recently in distinct corner of Tiruvannamalai District, in Melpachar Village, we came across a young & dynamic Mr. E. Perumal, who was working in an  Automobile Ancillary unit in Chennai after completing his DME,  had to return back to village to look after & support his parents in the village. 

Treepurasun represented by Mr. S. Krishna Kumar understood the difficulties and strengths of Mr. Perumal and suggested him to take up LED Bulbs manufacturing from Village. We guided him to undergo online training in this pandemic situation.

After gaining confidence, Now Mr. Perumal has started manufacturing LED Bulbs, Tube lights in a small room in the village. We are confident that he will be able to grow big in few years with committed efforts and in addition he may be able to give employment for his fellow villagers too.

By this not only Perumal is going to earn for himself & his family but also going to reduce the burden on the cities.  

Treepurasun requests all the villagers in South Tiruvannamalai district & in Neighboring villages in Dharmapuri district to support this young man by buying LED Lights  at a economical price and assured quality and with a satisfaction that you are supporting a social cause. 

If you are a farmer, this is time to become a Farmepreneur by adding value to the produces and increasing your earning potential. Remember Farmers are selling Tapioca  at Rs 7/ Kg , whereas Tapioca Chips is sold at Rs. 35/ 200 grams  i.e. One Kg of Chips is being sold at Rs.175/ Kg.

Villages are the back bone for a resilient national economy. The social cost of migration from Villages to cities is quite huge. Cost of infrastructure development in cities is already burdening the Indian Economy.

Here Treepurasun, with its village centric approach, is attempting to become a catalyst in rural development by launching its Greenpreneur program which can also be called Village Entrepreneur & Eco-preneur.

The Objective is to develop cluster of Nurseries in villages & support them in marketing and reaching out to customers by operating from villages itself. 

With increasing temperature , world is withering in heat, it is high time we all collectively make our earth more greener and make it a better place to live.

Treepurasun, intends to develop social nurseries, which will be collective & cooperative efforts by villagers, who wish to remain in villages and also grow their income potential and also support in fight against global warming.

Treepurasun, on a 1st leg, is working along with a NGO, M/s. Responsible Citizens iYakkam, who are in to greening activities on hills in Tamilnadu. RCi has been identifying the needs for nurseries in many fields across many villages.  With their on-filed inputs, Treepurasun will help villagers to form clusters to develop nurseries in Villages & give them a platform to sell their plants to houses and offices across the country.

Nurseries shall offer fruit trees, flowering trees, ornamental trees, herbs to cater to every needs of the end users and also enrich the atmosphere with the collective effects of the greens grown.

Each Nursery will be located in a village or may be a cluster of 2/ 3 villagers. Treepurasun will assess each village and identify the availability of good soil, seeds and safe environment to grow & sell the saplings. 

Villagers will be given training on commercial & technical aspects of running a nursery. Treepurasun will enable sales of the Saplings on Online & offline platforms, which in turn will give earning potential for the villagers. This will ensure gradual growth in prosperity of Villagers' and eventually bring back the migrated population back to villages. 

Treepurasun will coordinate with various government agencies, NGOs, Companies & Cooperatives to reach out under developed villages in Tamilnadu's most backward districts like Tiruvannamalai, Vizhuppuram, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri districts etc...

It is not just growth of plants, it is growth of economy in villages & building the nation, by adding more green to the environment and bring in more prosperity to the nook & corners of the society.

Hitherto all the business models are based on cities & the potential available at the village level is still to be tapped to the full potential. This is a socio- entrepreneurship initiative which can translate in to social balance & shall work for overall development of any state.

Treepurasun made it a reality to conduct a training for farmers at their place in a remote village in Thiruvannamalai district almost the border between Thiruvannamalai & Dharmapuri districts, in a village called Melpachchar on the banks of river thenpennai, where it enters the Thiruvannamalai district.

Melpachchar has only about 1000 households housing about 3000 people who are mainly in to agriculture , goat rearing & fishing. In agriculture except a few people, 99% are in to inorganic farming. Already about 20 odd persons have died due to cancer in this village. So we thought this may be right place start the campaign.

 So what way Honey bee training & natural way farming are connected ?

In Natural way farming or organic farming initially there will be reduction in harvest of produce comparing to inorganic farming method. Hence most of the farmers are reluctant to switch to natural way farming.  To overcome this problem we organised a training for 15 farmers on Honey bee rearing & honey extraction. Due to presence of Honey bees, the cross pollination between male & female part of flowers will happen more easily & it will increase the yield per crop & there by we can get organic produce for healthy living & also additional income through sales of natural honey, wax etc....

Treepurasun CEO Mr. Krishnakumar explained the need for farmers to switch over to Organic / Natural way farming & prevent diseases due to use of pesticides & synthetic fertlisers.

He welcomed the gathering & introduced Mr. Anand from Maduram Natural Honey Farm , Coimbatore gave a detailed inputs of Honey making & why he chose a product to a have longest shelf life on earth. He said if we remove the moisture present in the honey, the honey collected can be there for any number of years.

3. Nammazhwar Natural Farming Fertilizers Project

Many farmers are using synthetic fertilizers as organic fertilizer is not available to use.

Synthetic Fertilizers & pesticides are available in even in remotest corner. Government of India's initiative to wide spread the use of natural fertilizers will be possible if more farmers are trained to manufacture Natural fertilizers &insect repellents to produce high quality healthy grains.

In this project, farmers, farm labourers are giving training in handling cows & bulls preferably Indian Native breeds to produce cow dung based fertilisers & many other value added products.

This project has been named after Renowned Farming Scientist Dr. Nammazhwar , who spent his life in spreading the message of Natural way of living, organic food & healthy living.

TREEPURASUN CEO was invited to conduct a Entrepreneurship awareness camp in Jeppiar Engineering college, Chennai on 2nd Nov 2017 to selected 100 Candidates of the college.

Mr. Krishna Kumar emphasized that every entrepreneur is a like a TREE, which not only lives for self but gives food, shelter &  livelihood for many other beings. Like that when a Entrepreneur starts an industry , it is not just for the industrialist , the industry is going to give livelihood for many others.

He highlighted the improvement in India's ranking on EASE OF DOING BUSINESS from 130th Rank in 2016 to 100th Rank in 2017 as per the analysis of the World Bank.

Self-reliant villages can only make the Bharat, sound and robust in economy and culture.

schemes are spent in developing infrastructure for the cities. Migration from villages is very high to pursue any career in cities. With little opportunities for livelihood, many villages are getting deserted by youngsters to see the green pastures in cities.

There are many scientists waiting to bloom in to industrialists in rural India typically like the days of Young Dr. Abdul Kalam dreamt from a village in Rameswaram to become a rocket scientist.

Instead of relocating or migrating to cities, if the infrastructure and facilities are available at under developed districts of any state, the economic development of the country will be more even and wide spread.

In this concept, TREEPURASUN, is spreading its wings from rural centre from the most under developed, pre-dominantly agriculture based, highly migrating district of Thiruvannamalai in Tamilnadu. Every household in this district at least one person are working either in Chennai, Bengaluru, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Erode etc... and in many middle east countries.

TREEPURASUN, in its endeavour to tap the hard working potential of the population is establishing from this district. Gradually this first step will be spread among other back ward districts of this state and later on to other parts of India.

Incubation centres will focus on nurturing local talents in establishing themselves as entrepreneurs to develop variety of Industries and get them the facilities that are hither too available only in cities. It will motivate the innovative ideas to spring up as a prosperous industry. It will incubate the RURal EntrePRENEUR (RURPRENEUR) to visualise, realise the innovative ideas in to an industry.

TREEPURASUN, will also look at an organic growth of industries rather than looking for unrelated imported technologies to start the Industries. The Incubation Centre will focus locally relevant industries catering mainly to local needs rather focusing far distant supplies. At the same time, any talent if spotted can only grow beyond boundaries then those opportunities will also be explored on case to case basis.

TREEPURASUN, will conduct awareness camps among the potential mass about opportunities available to become entrepreneurs. We shall screen the candidates based on their abilities, innovating capabilities, and entrepreneurship instincts to take them to the next level.

1. It's Naturally Engineering - This programs aims to bring in closer to the field of engineering Even for the school students who are undecided to take up a career in engineering & for Young one stepped inside a Engineering but struggling to have a larger view of the field.

This program designed to be for about 50 people at a time for about 3 hours to get on to a sneak peek of what is Engineering. Should we say Engi-NEARING !!! as an apt word to describe about this program. 

You can design the whole world if you care to listen to the nature, which includes you.

2. Design your life  - as a parent if you are worried what your child will do for earning without studying academic subjects much especially when your kid is declared academically challenged. Break the monotony. This world is for all &  not just for Engineers, Doctors & Chartered accountants.  Every kid is unique, their quest have a life full of freedom without boredom. World is beautiful because of the creative people who make a mark for themselves in everything they do. God is an artist & everyone of its art is unique . What do you say ? A one day awakening program for school kids probably in their 10th Standard to design their own career. This is for about 25 Kids in a day program.
